28-year-old man charged following incident in Darby Street

A 28-year-old man from Derby has been charged following an incident in Darby Street, Normanton on Saturday, August 4.

Qmar Rasab, 28, from Derby, has been charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

He has been remanded and will next appear at Derby Crown Court on September 4.

Officers are still appealing for information about a second man they wish to speak to in relation to the incident that occurred at 3.40pm on Saturday. He is described as an Asian male of average build and height, with thinning hair and wearing a long-sleeved blue jacket.
