Man arrested following incident in Osmaston

A 49-year-old man has been arrested after officers attended the scene of an alleged stabbing in the Osmaston area of Derby.

We were called to a property on Dexter Street at around 12.10pm today (Wednesday, August 15) where a 30-year-old man was receiving treatment by paramedics for head and leg injuries.

We understand the injuries, which are not believed to be life-changing, were sustained a number of hours earlier.
