Teenagers targeted by men in mopeds

We are appealing for witnesses after two men on a moped used threats and violence to steal from teenagers in South Normanton.


At around 3.30pm on Saturday, July 21, three boys were approached by two men on a black moped near the junction of Coronation Drive and Princess Avenue.

Two of the boys were assaulted. The men on the mopeds made off with property including jewellery and a quantity of cash.

One is described as wearing a dark grey or black tracksuit with the hood up. The other was wearing a dark hoody.
