Man found with leg injury in Derby city centre

Officers were called to Macklin Street in Derby last night (Tuesday, June 19) at around 9pm, to reports that a man was injured.

On arrival a 26-year-old man was found with a non-life threatening injury to his leg.

He was taken to hospital where he remains.

Officers are trying to establish the circumstances and the investigation is at an early stage.
