Teenager arrested on suspicion of Church Gresley sexual assault

We have arrested a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of sexual assault following an alleged incident in Church Gresley.

Sometime between 6.20pm and 6.50pm last night (Tuesday, March 27), a 14-year-old girl was assaulted on a footpath off Glamorgan Way.

She was uninjured but shaken by the assault.

The boy is in custody this afternoon and will be questioned.
