Police appeal for witnesses to car-on-pedestrian crash

We are appealing for witnesses as our investigation continues into a road traffic collision on Sinfin Lane.

The collision between a car and a pedestrian took place on Saturday, March 10 at around 3pm.

A 36-year-old man was crossing the road when he was struck by a car we believe to have been a silver Toyota Yaris. He suffered serious injuries which required hospital treatment.

Two men, aged 19 and 36, have been arrested and released under investigation.
