A man has been attacked by a group of men at Arboretum Park.

Sometime between 5pm and 6pm on Sunday, May 13, a 42-year-old man got into an argument with a group in the park.

The group – all male and aged between 13 and 25 – kicked and punched him. He suffered swelling and bruising to his face.

The victim has told us the park was quite busy at the time and so there may be witnesses who have yet to come forward.
