Help us trace Fiesta driver

Posted on 24th May 2018

Our officers are asking for help to trace the driver of a Fiesta, who may have information about an incident in which a cyclist was found seriously injured and later died.

The incident happened at around 2.45pm on Monday, April 30, when a man came off his bicycle as he rode down Warwick Avenue, Derby, near to the junction with Arlington Road.

The 63-year-old was taken to hospital but later died.

We understand that a woman, the driver of a Fiesta, stopped to speak with paramedics and we would like to hear from her as she may be able to assist with our investigation.

The woman is thought to have worked at a nearby GP Surgery.
