Man pleads not-guilty to Ilkeston attempted murder

Anthony Dealey appeared today (Friday, May 25) at Derby Crown Court and pleaded not-guilty to four offences linked to the alleged attempted murder of a woman in Ilkeston, last year.

The 42-year-old of Erewash Square, Ilkeston, pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, rape, robbery and sexual assault.

The alleged offences took place on November 26, 2017 in Queens Avenue in Ilkeston in the early hours of the morning.

Anthony Dealey will stand trial at Derby Crown Court week commencing Monday, September 17.
