Witness appeal following alleged assault in Derby

We are appealing for witnesses after an alleged assault that took place on Upper Moor Road, Derby.

On Thursday, October 11 at around 3.30pm, an altercation is reported to have taken place between two women near to the corner of Penalton Close.

Following an exchange of words, a 32-year-old woman reported that she had been pushed hard in the chest by another woman, forcing her into the road. She pushed back, and the woman punched her in the face several times.

Neither woman required medical treatment.
