Witness appeal after stolen car crashes in Spondon

We are appealing for witnesses after a car caused damage to a van in Spondon.

A black convertible Peugeot 307 was taken from Sandringham Drive, Spondon sometime before 9.30pm on Sunday, September 16.

Just after 9.30pm, the car struck a red Toyota van outside the Tamarind restaurant on Chapel Street, Spondon. It was then found abandoned a short distance away on Gladstone Street.

We would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision, or the car being abandoned.
