Background

The Freedom of Information Act requires a Publication Scheme to specify the classes of information the public authority already publishes or intends to publish.

Exemptions under the Freedom of Information Act may prevent some information from being released. In particular, information directly relating to you or a third party would likely be exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information legislation. Information relating to you should be made as a "subject access" request under the Data Protection Act.
