Bolsover Policing Section

Many areas within the Bolsover policing section are ex-mining communities, which are now being regenerated. Local police officers work closely with local partners, in particular with Bolsover District Council.

The vast majority of crime covers damage and assault along with a high level of reported anti-social behaviour.

Policing Your Neighbourhood

I am Inspector Graham Lamin, section inspector for Bolsover Policing Section. This section contains eight Neighbourhood Areas.

A priority for this policing section over the coming year is the development of Neighbourhood Policing teams. These teams will be made up of beat officers, PCSOs, Special Constables, Council Rangers and the wider policing family, including home helpers, dustbin workers etc.
