The neighbourhood pledge and local priorities

Derbyshire Constabulary has signed up to the Policing Pledge. Our Policing Pledge sets out the standards of service you can expect from us, including our response times and how often you will be able to see your Safer Neighbourhood Team visibly working in your area.

Your current priorities for this neighbourhood

  1. Anti-social behaviour on Vicarage Road Park.
This issue was set on 16 June 2010

Actions to be taken are as follows:

    • Issue Fixed Penalty Notice's where appropriate or make arrests where necessary.
    • Encourage the community to report incidents of nuisance behaviour.
    • Increase high visibility patrols, visit Off licence premises where alcohol may be sold to minors.

  2. Anti-social behaviour near Tesco supermarket
This issue was set on 16 June 2010

Actions to be taken are as follows:

    • High visibility patrols targeted at key times.
    • Target key offenders and take action with ASB referrals.

These priorities were agreed with your team at your last Safer Neighbourhoods meeting. These meetings are open to everybody and allow you to affect what you feel needs addressing in your area.

Services in Derby recognise that anti-social behaviour can be a serious problem for individuals and communities, and we are determined to tackle it.

This downloadable leaflet tells you:

  • What we can do to help individuals and communities facing anti-social behaviour.
  • What we are doing to tackle those who commit anti-social behaviour.
  • How to report anti-social behaviour.
  • How to find out more information.
  • What you can expect from us when you report anti-social behaviour.
