The neighbourhood pledge and local priorities

Your current priorities for this neighbourhood

  1. Anti-social behaviour/crominal damage - Handel Street area
    This issue was set on 25 May 2010
     
    Actions to be taken are as follows:
     
    • Increase high visibility police patrols in the area
    • Engagement with the community to develop intelligence and provide reassurance
    • Referral of main perpetrators to the ASB officer

     
  2. Anti-social behaviour - Mowbray Street
    This issue was set on 25 May 2010
     
    Actions to be taken are as follows:
     
    • Increase high visibility patrols
    • Neighbourhood Watch project to be co-ordinated to target the problem
    • Residents encouraged to continue reporting information which may help identify instigators - Acceptable Behaviour Contracts issued to offenders

     
  3. Anti social behaviour, Moorways Complex
    This issue was set on 25 May 2010
     
    Actions to be taken are as follows:
     
    • Increase in high visibility police patrols
    • Ground staff to remain vigilant and report incidents
    • Anti Social Behaviour Referrals being made for youths where appropriate

     

These priorities were agreed with your team at your last Safer Neighbourhoods meeting. These meetings are open to everybody and allow you to affect what you feel needs addressing in your area.

Services in Derby recognise that anti-social behaviour can be a serious problem for individuals and communities, and we are determined to tackle it.
