Two chances for Walton residents to raise community concerns

Residents in the Walton area of Chesterfield have the chance to raise any community concerns and help decide what issues police in the area will tackle.

The Walton and West Safer Neighbourhood Team is holding a drop-in surgery and community panel meeting at Walton Evangelical Church, Moorland View Road, on Thursday, February 11.

Members of the public are invited to attend the informal drop-in from 5pm to 7pm which will be followed by the community panel meeting from 7pm.

Any issues raised during the drop-in will be discussed at the panel meeting, which brings together police and partner agencies, to help set the priorities the team will tackle over the coming months.

There will also be an update on progress made on the team's current priorities which include anti-social behaviour on Somersall Park and around Walton shops.

If you have an issue you would like to raise but cannot attend the meeting call the team on 0345 123 3333 or email chesterfield.neighbourhoods@derbyshire.pnn.police.uk.
