Supermarket surgery for police in Buxton

Residents in Buxton can meet their local Safer Neighbourhood policing team, pick up crime prevention advice and raise concerns at their new drop in surgeries at the supermarket.

They will be held once a month in the Morrisons store on Bakewell Road, Buxton with the first one due to take place on Wednesday, March 17 2010 between 5 and 7pm.

PCSO Matthew Cox said: "We're holding surgeries at the Morrisons store to give residents the chance to drop in and speak to us as they do their shopping.

"It is an excellent opportunity for residents to raise any concerns or issues that they may have and meet members of the Buxton Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team."

To contact the team call 0345 123 33 33 or email buxton.neighbourhoods@derbyshire.pnn.police.uk.
