What is Bullying?
You are being bullied if someone is:- Calling you names
- Hurting or threatening you physically, by pinching, hitting, pushing, shoving, biting etc
- Stealing money or belongings from you
- Damaging your clothes or belongings
- Spreading rumours about you or taking your friends away from you
- Sending you phone text messages, e-mails or chat room messages that make you feel afraid.
Stop bullying! It's important you tell someone:- Tell your parent or the grown up looking after you
- Tell a teacher
- Tell another adult you trust, like a relative
- If you can't talk to any of these, telephone the free Childline number on 0800 1111.
