A Misconduct Hearing in respect of the above-named former police officer will commence at 10:00AM on Wednesday 26 March 2025 at Derbyshire Constabulary Headquarters, Ripley.
This hearing is currently scheduled to last for two days and will be held in public.
The former officer will answer allegations that his conduct breached the standards of professional behaviour in respect of ‘Discreditable Conduct’, ‘Duties and Responsibilities’ and ‘Orders and Instructions’ in that, on two separate occasions, he drove a marked police vehicle in an unauthorised and inconsiderate manner.
These allegations are contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
Members of the public and media may apply online to observe the proceedings in person.
If any member of the public or media wishes to observe this hearing, please pre-register by using the on-line registration form. Anyone who has not pre-registered will not be allowed into the hearing.
