Officers investigating a robbery in New Mills in which a mountain bike was stolen, are appealing for information.
We were called to reports of a robbery at around 8.30am on Thursday, June 27. A 33-year-old man was cycling along Laneside Road when he was stopped by three men.
The men threatened and assaulted him and stole his bike. They put the mountain bike, a Banshee Phantom (pictured), in a black car, and drove off.
The victim sustained minor injuries which did not require hospital treatment.
