Detectives investigating a robbery in which a distinctive e-bike was stolen are appealing for drivers with dashcam footage to contact the force.
The incident occurred on the Holmebrook Valley Trail, close to the junction of Monkey Park and Chester Street, between 10.30pm and 11pm on 27 April.
The rider of the bike, a man in his 20s, was approached by a group of five men who then stole the Sur-Ron pedal assisted e-bike, like the one pictured, and then ran off in the direction of Chester Street.
Officers are keen to speak to any drivers who were on Chester Street between 10.30pm and 11pm and may have captured any footage that may be of help to the investigation.
