We are appealing for information after three reports of Suzuki Jimny vehicles being stolen in the Derbyshire Dales.
The first theft happened sometime between Sunday 23 October and Monday 24 October from Crossland Road at Hathersage.
The second is believed to have taken place between around 8pm and 8.45pm on Sunday 30 October from Hassop Road at Hassop, while the third was reported to have taken place overnight between Sunday 30 October and Tuesday 1 November from Main Road at Grindleford.
At this stage it is not known if the incidents are formally linked, but enquiries are being carried out and we would like to hear from anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity.
We’d also like to remind residents of some vehicle crime prevention advice and ask anyone who owns a Suzuki Jimny, in this area, to remain vigilant.
Anyone with information which may help with our enquiries should contact us on the details below, quoting reference 22*634336.
You can also anonymously contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111, or by visiting the CrimeStoppers website.
