We are appealing to the public for help, following a collision between a black Audi TT and a cyclist.
The incident happened around 4.30pm on Wednesday, May 15, outside the Dog and Duck pub, in London Road, Shardlow.
The driver of the Audi, described as a blonde-haired woman, stopped at the scene and spoke to the cyclist. However, she did not leave any contact details and we would like to trace her to help with our enquiries.
The cyclist, a 36-year-old woman, required hospital treatment for a leg injury.
