Two men arrested after man suffers stab wounds in Derby street

Detectives investigating an assault where a man suffered serious injuries are asking for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
Officers were called to reports of an incident in Becket Street at around 2pm yesterday (24 Nov). A short time later a man was found with serious stab wounds in Macklin Street. He was taken to the QMC where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
Two men, both from Derby and aged 24 and 18, have been arrested in relation to the incident and remain in police custody.
