Officers investigating an assault in Derby have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to about the incident.
At around 3.35am on Saturday 12 October officers found a 26-year-old man with head injuries lying on the pavement opposite Charcoal Grill, in the Wardwick, Derby.
He was taken to hospital by East Midlands Ambulance Service where he was treated for his injuries, which were not deemed to be life threatening.
Officers are now appealing to the public in the hope of identifying the man (pictured), who they believe may be able to help with their enquiries.
