Mini forced off the road in Hartshorne
Main article content
A Mini ended up in a ditch following a collision in Hartshorne.
We are appealing for witnesses to come forward as we continue our investigation into what happened.
At around 11.30am on Tuesday 13 April, a vehicle overtook a black Mini Paceman on Ticknall Road, just around the corner from the Mill Wheel pub. As it overtook the Mini, it clipped the Mini, causing it to swerve into a ditch.
The driver was initially trapped but he managed to climb out of the car, having suffered minor injuries.
He believes the vehicle that overtook him was a black Range Rover Sport or Land Rover Discovery.
We think there may have been other drivers in the area at the time who could have witnessed something which would help our investigation.
