Main article content
Officers investigating a series of alleged phone thefts are releasing pictures of a man they would like to speak to.
We are investigating an incident whereby an employee at Hallmark, in Osmaston Road, Derby, alleges that her phone was stolen from the counter.
The incident is said to have happened at about 1.50pm on Saturday 10 April when a man knocked on the door of the closed shop and asked to come in. She opened the door to tell him the shop was closed but he walked past her toward the till before leaving.
She later realised her phone was missing.
We are investigating whether this theft is linked to similar incidents at shops in Ripley, Belper and Little Eaton.
