Appeal for witness who helped young woman in Derby
Main article content
We’re appealing for a ‘good Samaritan,’ who is believed to have helped a young woman in distress in Derby city centre, to come forward.
The ‘good Samaritan’, a man who was at a bus stop in Victoria Street, at about 1am on Sunday 5 December noticed the woman appeared upset and came to her aid.
Another witness, a woman, was also reportedly at the bus stop at the same time.
We are investigating the circumstances into how the young woman came to be in distress and believe these two people may be able to help with our enquiries.
If you recognise yourself in this description, or if you have any other information which may be useful to officers, please contact Detective Sergeant Carly Hazeldine quoting reference number 21*707361.
