A scene is currently in place at Derby bus station following an assault earlier this afternoon.
We were called just after 3.15pm (on Saturday 18 December) to report that a teenage boy had been stabbed outside the bus station, in Riverlights, Morledge following a fight between a group of youths.
The boy was taken to hospital by ambulance and his injuries have been described as not life threatening or changing.
Officers remain in the area making enquiries and will likely do so for some time.
We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have any information which will assist with our investigation into the circumstances.
