We are appealing for information after a moped rider was left with serious injuries in a hit and run collision in Derby.
A silver moped and a dark coloured Audi were involved in the collision, which happened on a stretch of Lara Croft Way.
The moped rider, a 49-year-old man, was left with a number of serious injuries including a broken leg and hip.
The Audi, thought to be dark blue or black and aged around a 2006 model, made off along Normanton Road without stopping at the scene.
It happened at about 9pm on Wednesday 7 July.
As part of our investigation, we want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or was driving in the area and may still have dashcam footage.
We also want to hear from anyone who may have recently bought or been offered for sale an Audi matching the description since the collision – potentially with accident damage.
