Officers investigating reports that a woman had been sexually assaulted in a street in Derby are appealing for information to help with their enquiries.
The incident took place on Sunday 13 June at around 2.30am at the junction of Upper Boundary Road and Crosby Street in the California area of Derby.
The man, who is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall and in his mid-20s, sexually assaulted her before running off in the direction of Melandra Court.
The victim, a woman in her 30s, told officers that the man had dark hair and was wearing a dark coat, with a hood, and a pair of dark trousers.
Officers have been conducting enquiries since the incident was reported to the force and are now appealing for anyone who may be able to help with their enquiries to contact Derbyshire police using any of the below methods, including reference 21*327149:
