Officers investigating an assault and a hate crime incident are appealing for the public’s help.
The incident happened close to the Crown Inn in Curzon Street, Derby, at around midnight on Thursday May 13.
One man, aged 20, was punched to the face and another man, also aged 20, was the victim of homophobic remarks shouted by the same group of men.
Anyone who was in the area at the time, or has any information about the incident, is asked to contact Derbyshire police using any of the below methods, including reference 21*262548:
