A man has sadly died following a collision in Stenson Fields last weekend.
We were called to reports of a one car collision on a track off Stenson Road at around 1.25pm on Sunday 29 August.
At the scene two men were found with serious injuries and both were taken to hospital, but sadly one of the men died on Monday 30 August.
He has been named as 20-year-old Lewis Diedrick, and he was believed to have been a passenger in the vehicle.
Our thoughts are with Lewis’ family and friends at this distressing time.
The driver, a 19-year-old man, remains in hospital with serious injuries.
If anyone witnessed the collision or has any information which they think could help with our enquiries please contact us on one of the following non-emergency methods, quoting reference number 21*502569.
