We are appealing for information after reports that a flag which had been put up to mark Pride month in Borrowash was pulled down and damaged.
Damage was also caused to the ropes of the flagpole, on Victoria Avenue, sometime between 7pm on Friday 2 June and 10am on Saturday 3 June.
Officers have been carrying out enquiries and we’re now releasing an image of a man we would like to trace as we believe he may have been in the area and could have information which could help with our enquiries.
While the image isn’t the best quality, we hope someone might recognise him and come forward.
