Image released in connection with alleged hate crime in Derby

We have released an image of a woman who may be able to help us with enquiries into reports of a hate crime in Derby city centre.

The incident is believed to have taken place near to the Council House on Corporation Street at around 12.45pm on Thursday 19 October.
