Can you help us find missing man Michael?

We are appealing for help finding Michael, who is missing from home in Derby.
The 41-year-old was last seen on Wednesday and we are becoming concerned for his welfare.
He may be in Derby but could also have travelled to Chesterfield.
Anyone who has seen Michael or knows where he could be now should contact us using one of the below methods, quoting incident 811 of April 4th:
