As the nights get darker, burglars may take advantage of empty houses being easier to spot.
Whilst our areas continue to be safe, and we work hard to tackle burglaries, there are simple measures that you can take to protect your home.
If you’re heading out, whether it’s for a short or extended period of time, take the following security advice to keep the burglars in the dark:
We encourage people to be a good neighbor and to contact us if you see anyone acting suspiciously via our non-emergency methods. If you believe the crime is still in progress call 999.
