The Derbyshire Rural Crime Team is holding a rural crime event to bring together partners including Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service and the National Farmers Union.
The event, which will take place at the start of National Rural Crime Week of Action on Monday 18 September, will take place from 9am to 2pm in the Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell.
Anyone wishing to attend can simply turn up to the event between these times to talk to the range of teams.
Darren Belfield, the Derbyshire Rural Crime Team co-ordinator said: “We’re looking forward to bringing together all the experts that we work with in preventing and addressing rural crime.
“There will be points of interest for people of all ages, and an opportunity to learn more about how we work, and how you can protect yourself against criminals.
“This event is just the start of how we’re marking Rural Crime Awareness Week, for the latest updates please follow our Facebook and Twitter pages.”
