As part of National Volunteers' Week, we're celebrating the many fantastic roles we have within our organisation.
Our cadet leaders have a varied role that is both adventurous and exciting. From helping our cadets expand their understanding of policing, to working alongside some of our local officers directly helping the community, no two weeks are the same.
As part of Volunteers' Week, we're looking at the different volunteers who give their time to benefit our communities. One of these roles, is our cadet leaders, who volunteer to organise and run our cadet sessions every week.
Alongside gaining qualifications, our cadet leaders have the chance to experience all of the opportunities we give to our cadets. From visiting our special operations units, to attending parades, we expect our leaders to adventure alongside the cadets.
We recently spoke to cadet leader Rosy, to see what she enjoys most about the role.
