This site is a beta, which means it's a work in progress and we'll be adding more to it over the next few weeks. Your feedback helps us make things better, so please let us know what you think.
It's the season for Christmas parties, festive lunches and family get togethers.
Unfortunately, this also means that we see a rise in drink and drug drivers, who risk more than just their own lives when they get behind the wheel.
This year, we're re-releasing our video from 2022, Driving Home for Christmas. It aims to raise awareness of the real life dangers we unfortunately see every year, and how such a decision can shatter many people’s lives.
You can do your part in preventing drink or drug driving by calling out loved ones' behaviours, and reporting to us when you think someone is at risk.
If you see someone who you believe may be driving whilst under the influence of drink or drugs and the crime is happening at the time, please ring us on 999.
If you have intelligence on a habitual drink or drug driver who you know repeats this behaviour regularly, please send us a direct message on Facebook, or report it on our website.
Let's look out for each other and make sure we can all enjoy our festive season together.
