National Moment of Reflection for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Our officers and staff are invited to pause, where they are operationally able to, this evening and take part in the National Moment of Reflection to mourn the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and reflect on her life and legacy.
The National Moment of Reflection will take place at 8pm tonight (Sunday 18 September) and be marked by a one-minute silence.
A two-minute silence is also planned, to follow the conclusion of the Queen’s funeral service tomorrow (Monday 19 September).
Derbyshire Constabulary joins local communities as we offer our thoughts and condolences to the Royal Family during this sad time.
