An estimated 1800 cannabis plants have been found at four different addresses in Derby.
Officers first attended an address in London Road yesterday afternoon (31 January) where a substantial grow was located of around 400 plants. Further enquiries were made which led officers to three more addresses in St Helen’s Street, Leopold Street and St Chad's Road.
Two men have been arrested in connection with the grows and remain in police custody.
All four of the addresses are currently being guarded by officers and enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of the grows.
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who lives or works in the locations where the grows were found and may be able to help with their enquiries.
