We are appealing for the victim of an indecent exposure incident to come forward to assist with our investigation.
We were called to a report of a man exposing himself in Draycott Road, Sawley just after 10.50am on Monday 24 July.
However, when we arrived at the scene the victim had already left.
One man, aged in his 40s, has been arrested and remains in police custody for questioning.
