Appeal for CCTV or dashcam footage after four men break into house in Chesterfield

We are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a house was broken into by four men in Chesterfield.

We were called to the property in Edwin Avenue in Walton, Chesterfield, just before 10.30pm on Thursday 18 May following reports of a burglary.

Four men are believed to have got out of a BMW car and smashed the doors and windows to the house during the incident, and the owner suffered injuries to his back while he was trying to prevent them from entering.

We are urging anyone who saw what happened or has CCTV or dashcam footage from the area around the time of the incident, to contact us as part of our investigation.
