Two people have been arrested after a child fell from a second-floor window in Chesterfield.
A 20-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of child neglect, following reports that a 20-month-old boy fell from a second-floor window in Chesterfield at 11am yesterday.
The boy's injuries are not believed to be life threatening or life changing.
The arrested pair have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Child injured after falling from second floor window in Chesterfield
Emergency services were called at 11am to reports that a 20-month-old boy had fallen from a second-floor window in Chesterfield.
The boy was taken by Air Ambulance from his home in the Harehill Road area of the town, to Sheffield Children’s Hospital where he is receiving treatment for injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of the incident and there will remain a police presence in the area this afternoon.
