Witness appeal after Derby distraction burglary

Officers investigating a distraction burglary in Alvaston, Derby, want to speak to this man in connection with the incident.
At around 3.20pm on Thursday, June 27, a man knocked on the door of an 89-year-old woman telling her he was selling cleaning items.
As the victim went to find some money for him he entered the house and stole her purse.
He left the house and walked away in the direction of Shardlow Road.
Officers want to speak to anyone who may have been visited by the man pictured (and has not already been spoken to by officers) or may have information about his identity.
Anyone with any information that can help detectives with their enquiries should get in contact immediately, either directly with the force, or anonymously via Crimestoppers.
