A man charged with terror offences following a search of a property in Derby at the weekend has been remanded to prison.
On Sunday 5 December officers attended a property on King Alfred Street and Simon Pilgrim was arrested.
The 40-year-old of King Alfred Street, Derby, was today charged with making an explosive substance for unlawful purposes and three charges of possessing a document containing information useful to terrorism.
He appeared at Westminster Remand Magistrates court this afternoon, Wednesday 8 December, where he was remanded to custody.
