Two men have been arrested in connection with reports of a large fight in the Allenton area of Derby.
We were called to Wilkins Drive around 6pm yesterday evening (Tuesday 15 August) and two men aged 44 and 30 have been arrested on suspicion of affray.
Two men were taken to hospital having suffered injuries, one of them potentially serious.
There was a scene in place during initial enquiries, but this has since been closed.
At this time we believe this is an isolated incident, but patrols are continuing in the area and we would encourage anyone with concerns to speak with officers.
We are also keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident.
In particular we want to hear from any drivers with dashcam footage or homeowners with CCTV that may have captured the incident – or the moments before or after.
If you have any information which you think could help with our enquiries please contact us on the non-emergency details below, quoting reference 23000506795:
