Man charged with breaching Domestic Violence Protection Order

A man has been charged with breaching a Domestic Violence Protection Order and a breach of a curfew.
Brendan Evans was arrested on Thursday 2 February 2023 by Leicestershire Police in Measham in relation to offences in the Swadlincote area of Derbyshire.
It follows enquiries which were carried out by both forces in the Measham and Moira area on Tuesday 31 January and Wednesday 1 February.
The 33-year-old, of no fixed address, appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court on Friday 3 February and was remanded into custody.
