We are appealing for witnesses to come forward as part of our investigation into an attempted burglary in Allestree.
We were called to a report of an incident at a property in Duffield Road just after 8am on Thursday 29 June.
A large group of youths approached the house just after 12.30am on the same morning, damaging a door and smashing car windows before running away.
Anyone who witnessed what happened, saw anything suspicious in the area between midnight and 1am that morning, or who has CCTV or dashcam footage, is being urged to contact us as part of our investigation.
